Very pleased with quality of the monogramming. Simple on-line ordering process; fast, efficient delivery; packaged professionally. Ordered both the cocktail and guest towel sizes. Would have liked the guest towel to be of a heavier weight paper, (I want to use as bathroom hand towels) but for the price it is sufficient.
